Domestic Shipping

You can expect your order to arrive within 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery may take a bit longer during holidays or if you're located in Hawaii or Alaska.

Shipping rates may vary based on your location and the items in your order. We partner with leading carriers—including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL—and work closely with our fulfillment partner to secure the most competitive rates for you.

International Shipping

At this time, BASE-K ships within the U.S. only. We’re working on expanding our shipping capabilities and can’t wait to reach you soon—wherever you are.

Shipping to a Business Address

Orders being delivered to a place of business must include the company name. Please enter a business name in the Business Name field when placing an order shipping to a commercially zoned business address. BASE-K does not fulfill website orders that are placed with a warehouse or distribution shipping address.

Returns

All purchases made through www.basekbeauty.com are considered final. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

Your product arrives damaged or defective

Your order includes incorrect or missing items

If you experience any of the above, please contact us at hello@basekbeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can assist with a refund or replacement. To be eligible, all products must be unopened and unused.
