Yes, we do! Orders typically take around 3–7 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii, please expect delivery to be on the longer end of that range. Shipping times may be extended during holidays, and additional fees may apply depending on carrier rates.

Shipping rates may vary based on your location and the items in your order. We partner with leading carriers—including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL—and work closely with our fulfillment partner to secure the most competitive rates for you.

BASE-K leverages traditional Korean ingredients and methodologies in each of our products and routine systems. While we are committed to incorporating K-Beauty technologies and innovations into our formulations, we do not currently manfuacture our products in Korea or consider ourselves exclusively as K-Beauty.

We consider ourselves a hybrid brand, combining the best that nature has to offer with the most effective clinical-grade active ingredients to deliver superior results. BASE-K is committed to using the cleanest, most meticulously tested ingredients both naturally and synthetically derived.

Though "clean" is not a regulated term, we are committed to only formulating with ingredients that serve a direct purpose to the product or health of the scalp and hair. BASE-K follows EU regulations, consciously eliminating 1,400+ questionable ingredients from our formulas including parabens, sulfates, silicones and more. All formulations are also Sephora and Ulta Clean. Each of our components is made with recyclable materials while our cartons are 100% FSC-Certified paper. We are constantly looking for additional ways to reduce our carbon footprint in packaging and processes as the brand grows.

Yes. Each BASE-K product is free of any animal byproducts and never tested on animals.

No parabens, sulfates, silicones and 1400+ questionable ingredients.

As with any new product incorporated during this delicate life stage, we recommend speaking with your primary care physician first if you are expecting, nursing, or planning to become pregnane before using our products. Please note that The Rice Powder Detox contains Salicylic Acid which is generally not recommended for use during pregnancy.
